Westpac Fiji has announced a planned upgrade to its Mobile Banking services, scheduled for Thursday, January 9, 2025, from midnight to 4:00 AM. During this maintenance period, access to both the Westpac Mobile Banking app and the USSD feature (149#) will be temporarily suspended.
Customers are advised to utilize Westpac’s Internet Banking platform for account management during this time. The bank has expressed regret for any inconvenience this may cause and reassures customers that services will be fully restored by 4:00 AM on January 9, 2025.
