Westpac Fiji is set to upgrade its Mobile Banking platforms on January 9, 2025, with maintenance scheduled from 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM. During this time, both the Westpac Mobile Banking app and the USSD feature (149#) will not be accessible.
Customers are advised to use Westpac’s Internet Banking services to manage their accounts during the temporary downtime. The bank has expressed its apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and reassures customers that services will resume as normal after 4:00 AM on the same day.
