Westpac Fiji has announced an upcoming upgrade to its Mobile Banking platforms, scheduled for Thursday, January 9, 2025, from 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM. During this time, both the Westpac Mobile Banking app and the USSD feature (*149#) will be temporarily unavailable.
Customers are advised to utilize Westpac’s Internet Banking services to manage their accounts while the upgrade is ongoing. The bank has expressed its apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and assures that all services will return to normal by 4:00 AM on January 9, 2025.
