The Water Authority of Fiji has announced that it will be carrying out planned connection works for a new DN900mm Gravity Main, linking the Waitolu Reservoir to the existing DN600mm DICL Rising Main at the Waila Water Treatment Plant. This work is set to take place from Friday, September 27 to Sunday, September 29, which will cause temporary water disruptions for some customers.
The areas affected will include those serviced by the Wainibuku Reservoir and its dependent reservoirs, impacting residents in Tovata, Nakasi, Davuilevu, Lokia, Koronivia, and multiple neighborhoods in Nasinu and Flagstaff.
