“It was a tight match against Ono. I’m very proud of the boys’ performance and dedication throughout the tournament,” Seuvou said.

He emphasized the need to focus on all aspects of the game—bowling, fielding, and batting—as they prepared to face Lakeba in the semi-finals.

“We have a mix of experienced players and younger ones, including a couple of Fiji representatives and students. It will be a good game against Lakeba, and we’re excited about it, especially with the good weather.”

Seuvou highlighted the importance of utilizing their experienced players in the batting lineup to secure a win and reach the final.

“To win, we will rely on our experienced players in batting. Our goal from the start has been to win and make it to the final.”
