Fijian players Samu Kerevi and Rob Valetini are set to reach a significant milestone as they make their 50th appearances for the Wallabies in their upcoming match against Wales next week. This achievement highlights their dedication and contribution to Australian rugby.

Kerevi has been selected to play at inside centre, marking one of six changes to the Wallabies lineup following a thrilling 42-37 victory over England last week. He will partner with Len Ikitau in the centers, while former rugby league player Joseph Suaali’i will start from the bench this time.

In other team changes, Allan Alaalatoa steps in to replace Taniela Tupou in the front row, and Will Skelton returns to the starting lineup at lock, moving Rob Valetini to the number eight position. Additionally, Seru Uru will debut as the blindside flanker, with Langi Gleeson providing loose forward cover.

The match is scheduled for Monday at 4:10 am at the Principality Stadium in Wales, promising to be an exciting showdown for both teams.

The Wallabies’ starting lineup includes: Angus Bell, Matt Faessler, Allan Alaalatoa (captain), Nick Frost, Will Skelton, Seru Uru, Fraser McReight, Rob Valetini, Nic White, Noah Lolesio, Max Jorgensen, Samu Kerevi, Len Ikitau, Andrew Kellaway, and Tom Wright. The substitutes are Brandon Paenga-Amosa, James Slipper, Zane Nonggorr, Lukhan Salakaia-Loto, Langi Gleeson, Tate McDermott, Ben Donaldson, and Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii.

This upcoming match is not only a celebration of individual milestones for Kerevi and Valetini but also an opportunity for the Wallabies to solidify their teamwork and strategy against a formidable opponent. The hope is that their experience and skill will shine through as they continue their journey in international rugby.
