Wales Faces Disappointment Against Wallabies in Melbourne

A challenging season came to a disappointing end for Wales as they were defeated 36-28 by the Wallabies at a rainy AAMI Park in Melbourne last night, with Filipo Daugunu scoring twice.

In wet conditions, the Wallabies began strongly with an impressive 98-metre try and ultimately secured the victory.

Daugunu scored twice, while Jake Gordon and Allan Alaalatoa also contributed with tries, leading to Australia’s win.

Noah Lolesio added three penalties, and Ben Donaldson kicked another.

The Australians capitalized on several Welsh errors amid the Melbourne rain.

Wales scored through tries by Rio Dyer, Dewi Lake, who scored twice, and Liam Williams.

Sam Costelow and Ben Thomas added further points with successful kicks.
