The Vodafone Kaji Rugby competition is back after a five-year hiatus, officially relaunched today. Approximately 3,000 students from 16 unions across the nation will participate in the event. Rajnesh Prasad, the Vodafone Regional Chief Marketing Officer, emphasized the importance of this competition, stating, “The Vodafone Kaji Rugby holds a special place in our hearts as it is about our kids and the future of rugby in Fiji. The development of grassroots rugby is crucial, especially at this level, as it helps develop the game.” The tournament is scheduled to be held at HFC Bank Stadium on October 29 and 30.
