The USA Island Boys have achieved two consecutive victories in the Rams Group of Companies 10th Sanatan World Cup held in Sydney. Under the guidance of coach Gurjit Singh, the team dominated Lautoka with a 6-0 win in their opening match of the Over 40s category and followed it up with a 2-0 victory against Canberra. Sudeshwar Ram, a former midfielder for Tailevu Naitasiri, has emerged as the team’s leading scorer, netting five goals in the tournament so far. The Island Boys are set to face Melbourne in their next match later today.
