At a formal dinner and graduation ceremony for the 2/24 Junior Staff Officers Course held on October 4, 2024, Captain Lepani Vaniqi emphasized the critical role of communication in effective leadership. The event took place at the Queen Elizabeth Barracks Officers Mess in Nabua, Fiji.
Captain Vaniqi, who serves as the Director of Finance, Logistics, and Acquisition, was the chief guest and recognized the dedication of the Officers Training School Staff. He praised their efforts in ensuring the professionalism and successful completion of the junior officers course.
