Captain Lepani Vaniqi emphasized the critical role of communication in effective leadership during the graduation ceremony for the 2/24 Junior Staff Officers Course, held on October 4, 2024, at the Queen Elizabeth Barracks Officers Mess in Nabua. As the Chief Guest, Captain Vaniqi, who serves as the Director of Finance, Logistics, and Acquisition, praised the dedicated efforts of the Officers Training School Staff, acknowledging their commitment to ensuring the success of this year’s course.
