Divisional North planning officer Setareki Dakuiboca has urged civil servants in the North to familiarize themselves with the new programs and incentives introduced by the Government for the upcoming financial year.
Mr. Dakuiboca emphasized the importance of civil servants disseminating information about these new programs and incentives for the 2024 to 2025 financial year.
“I hope you have reviewed your ministry’s budget for the next financial year,” he stated.
Speaking at the opening of Civil Service Week, he stressed the need for civil servants to collaborate in order to elevate the development of the North to a higher level.
“I implore you to offer your best service, and when you leave the division, ensure you leave a legacy,” he added.
Mr. Dakuiboca highlighted that civil servants are the backbone of society, diligently working to ensure that essential services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
He noted that their impact is felt by every citizen on a daily basis.
