Temesia Tuicaumia, a renowned fashion designer, influencer, and educator, spoke at the 2025 Women Invigorating the Nation Convention (WIN 2025) held in Suva, emphasizing the significance of unity and communication among women in various industries. During his motivational address titled “Own the Room: Unleashing the Leaders Within,” he urged the audience to harness their vision and passion to inspire others, pointing out that effective leadership is grounded in building strong relationships through networking and collaboration.
In recounting his experience at the event, Tuicaumia expressed a mix of excitement and anxiety at being surrounded by so many women. He expressed admiration for the personal stories shared by women such as Lorraine Seeto, a long-standing figure in Fiji’s accounting sector, and Shirley Tivao, who leads a women’s law firm.
