Two men have been formally charged in connection with a supermarket robbery that occurred in Laucala Beach earlier this week. The first suspect is a 51-year-old man from Valelevu, while the second is a 43-year-old from Suva. Both individuals face four counts of Aggravated Robbery and are scheduled to appear in Nasinu Magistrates Court today.

The third suspect involved in the incident has been questioned and subsequently released.

This incident highlights the ongoing efforts of law enforcement to address and combat crime in the community. With two suspects now facing charges, it reinforces the importance of accountability in promoting public safety.

As the case moves forward, it will be crucial for the judicial system to handle the proceedings fairly, ensuring that justice is served while also safeguarding community interests.
