Tunabuna’s 2025 Tour: A Boost for Agriculture Innovation

Assistant Minister for Agriculture and Waterways Tomasi Tunabuna recently visited the Ba office as part of his 2025 tour, expressing gratitude to the staff for their persistence and dedication amid various challenges. He highlighted their essential role in supporting stakeholders, particularly farmers, and emphasized the need for integrity, awareness of industry changes, and the adoption of new agricultural technologies. These elements are crucial for enhancing productivity and ensuring sustainable practices in agriculture.

During his visit, Tunabuna reinforced the value of teamwork, stating that collaboration among staff would greatly enhance the performance of both the Ba office and the Ministry as a whole. Senior Agriculture Officer Petero Mausio welcomed Tunabuna’s visit, noting that it served as a significant morale boost for the team as they strive to elevate their working standards.
