During his current visit to the country, he has committed to offering medical, paramedical, and nursing scholarships for Fijian healthcare professionals through the esteemed Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in Muddenahali, India.
This institution, which was inaugurated by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, promises to provide Fijian healthcare workers with exceptional opportunities to refine their skills and acquire advanced medical knowledge. Dr. Krupali Tappoo, Director of the Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Children’s Hospital, expressed her heartfelt gratitude for this initiative, noting that the first recipients of these scholarships will be five nurses from the hospital.
