The driver involved in a tragic incident resulting in the death of an eight-year-old student in Baskalave, Dreketi, last week has been charged with dangerous driving causing death. Benson Yee appeared in court at the Labasa Magistrate Court on Wednesday to face this serious charge. It is reported that Yee struck the young student as he was crossing the road after exiting a van.
