Tragic Road Accident Claims Life in Nasinu

A man is reportedly the latest victim of a road fatality in the country following an accident in Nasinu yesterday. According to Senior Superintendent of Police Mitieli Divuana, the individual allegedly crossed the road abruptly at the Laqere Bridge in the afternoon and was struck by a vehicle operated by a 29-year-old driver. The victim was immediately taken to the Valelevu Health Centre, where he was sadly pronounced dead upon arrival. Investigations are ongoing, and the driver will be questioned after the post-mortem examination is completed.
