Tragic Diving Accident Claims Life in Nakadi River

A 58-year-old man reportedly drowned while diving for freshwater mussels with his family in the Nakadi River in Baulevu, Nausori, yesterday. The incident occurred shortly after 1 PM. When he was found missing, a search was initiated, and his body was located floating a short distance downstream. Resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful, and his body was taken to the Nausori Health Centre.
