Authorities report that an elderly couple in their 70s was discovered dead in Labasa, and it is suspected they may have taken their own lives. Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro informed that the investigation is ongoing to ascertain the circumstances and motives behind their actions. The case has been classified as one of interest, as both individuals were found deceased outside their residence. Naisoro noted that post-mortem examinations will be conducted to establish the official cause of death. The tragic incident took place last Tuesday.
