Tragic Discovery: Elderly Couple Found Dead in Labasa

Authorities report that an elderly couple in their 70s, discovered deceased in Labasa, is suspected to have taken their own lives. Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro informed that the details surrounding the couple’s actions are still under investigation. The deaths have been classified as a case of interest after the couple was found outside their residence. Naisoro noted that post-mortem examinations will be conducted to establish the cause of death as the investigation proceeds. This tragic incident happened last Tuesday.
