Tragic Discovery: Elderly Couple Found Dead in Labasa

Authorities have reported that an elderly couple in their 70s was found dead in Labasa, with indications suggesting that they may have taken their own lives. Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro informed that the circumstances surrounding their deaths are currently under investigation. The deaths have been classified as a case of interest by the Labasa Crime unit, as both individuals were discovered outside their residence. Naisoro added that post-mortem examinations will be conducted to establish the exact cause of death while investigations proceed. The tragic incident took place last Tuesday.
