A three-year-old boy drowned in Levuka yesterday afternoon. Police reported that the child’s body was discovered floating in Totogo Creek. The grim finding was made by a 14-year-old student just a short distance from the victim’s home. The body has been taken to the Levuka Hospital mortuary as authorities continue their investigation.
