A woman has tragically lost her life following a car accident in Lautoka yesterday. According to Police Director Traffic, SSP Mitieli Divuana, the woman was driving on MN Naidu Rd shortly after 8 am when she lost control of her vehicle, resulting in it veering off the road and colliding with a tree.
She was transported to Lautoka Hospital for medical assistance but unfortunately passed away shortly after her arrival. SSP Divuana indicated that a postmortem examination will be conducted to determine the official cause of death.
