Tragic Crash Claims Life of Woman in Lautoka

A woman lost her life in a motor vehicle accident in Lautoka this morning. According to SSP Mitieli Divuana, the Director of Traffic, the incident took place shortly after 8 AM when the victim was driving on M.N Naidu Road. She reportedly lost control of her vehicle, causing it to veer off the road and collide with a tree. Although she was swiftly taken to Lautoka Hospital, she unfortunately succumbed to her injuries. SSP Divuana indicated that a post-mortem examination will be carried out to determine the precise cause of death, and investigations into the incident are currently underway.
