A 26-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman have been charged with manslaughter due to a failure to fulfill their parental responsibilities. The charges stem from their neglect in taking their 1-year and 6-month-old sick daughter to a medical facility, which ultimately led to her death.

In a separate case, a 25-year-old man has been charged with the murder of his 59-year-old grandmother. The accused is alleged to have killed the victim by striking her with a cane knife.
