The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has issued a call for increased caution and responsibility among all road users following a tragic incident in which a 12-year-old student from Sabeto, Nadi lost his life. Reports indicate that the boy fell from a moving vehicle, purportedly due to the vehicle encountering potholes, which contributed to this unfortunate incident.
LTA Chief Executive Irimaia Rokosawa expressed the view that this loss of life was preventable and underscored the vital importance of adhering to road safety practices.
