A 26-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman have been charged with manslaughter due to a failure to fulfill their responsibilities. The charge, brought forth by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, stems from their neglect in taking their 1.5-year-old sick daughter to a medical facility, ultimately leading to her death.
