A 3-year-old boy tragically drowned in Levuka yesterday afternoon. Police reported that the child’s body was discovered floating in Totogo Creek. The grim finding was made by a 14-year-old student just a short distance from the victim’s home. The body of the child is currently at the Levuka Hospital mortuary, and authorities are investigating the incident.
