Members of the public in the Central and Western Divisions should be prepared for traffic disruptions and delays as the Police will be carrying out traffic management and escort duties during the State visit of Indian President Droupadi Murmu from today until Wednesday.
Assistant Commissioner of Police – Operations (ACP) Livai Driu has emphasized that there will not be a complete closure of roads during this period. He is urging motorists to cooperate with the police by moving aside or creating space for the official motorcade when they hear the escorting police vehicles.
