The Fiji Rugby Union has welcomed a new member to its board, aiming to enhance its operations at Rugby House. Chairman John Sanday announced the appointment of Tony Ram, who serves as the General Manager for Lending at HFC Bank. Ram will act as a non-voting member on the board, contributing his skills in asset management and financial planning.

Since his involvement began in December, Ram’s expertise and considerable professional network have already shown to be advantageous for the union. The addition of Ram is expected to fortify the financial strategies of the Fiji Rugby Union, highlighting the organization’s commitment to continuous improvement. This move signals a proactive approach to ensuring the robust management of rugby in Fiji, fostering a brighter future for the sport.
