The weather forecast indicates the following:

– A trough of low pressure along with clouds and showers is impacting the eastern regions until later today.
– A weak trough of low pressure is projected to affect the area starting later Friday.
– Occasional showers are expected over the Lau group.
– Showers will gradually decrease throughout the day.
– Cloudy periods with intermittent showers are forecasted for Navua, Suva, Nausori, Tailevu North, Serua, Namosi, Naitasiri, Ra, southern Bua, eastern Macuata, Cakaudrove provinces, Taveuni, smaller islands nearby, and the Lomaiviti group.
– Other areas will experience fine weather, but isolated afternoon and evening showers may occur.
