Fiji heavyweight boxing champion James ‘The Beast’ Singh is gearing up to defend his title against Semi Dauloloma this Saturday, August 31, at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka. Singh expressed his confidence, stating that he has been putting in the hard work and is fully prepared to step into the ring.

Dauloloma, on the other hand, is aiming to replicate his performance from June when he defeated Singh in the second round to capture the Leweni Waqa Memorial belt. With both fighters having won a match against each other previously, this upcoming bout will serve as the tiebreaker.

Promoter Samir Khan of Bluewater Boxing Promotions is enthusiastic about supporting the winner in enhancing their world rankings by facilitating matches with top international boxers.

The main event will feature local boxer Junior Binnu Singh facing Krishnil Mudaliar for the WBF (World Boxing Foundation) Australasian featherweight title. Mudaliar has confirmed that he successfully made the 57-kilogram weight limit and plans to maintain it leading up to the fight.

Additionally, veteran Savenaca Naliva will take on Sikeli Senidoko in a cruiserweight bout, while Ronald Naidu will face Rakuro Dauvavana in another exciting match.
