The race for the Digicel Fiji Premier League title is intensifying as Extra Supermarket Rewa continues to hold the lead, following a decisive 3-0 win over Nadroga last night.
Rewa is now firmly at the top of the standings with 34 points, while Extra Supermarket Labasa trails in second place with 29 points. Flick Hygiene Lautoka is close behind in third, having secured a 4-2 victory against Ba earlier this week.
This weekend’s fixtures promise to be thrilling, with a triple-header scheduled at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori. The action kicks off with Navua facing Tailevu Naitasiri at 11 am, followed by Suva competing against Nadroga at 1 pm. The highlight of the day will feature league leaders Rewa taking on third-placed Lautoka at 3 pm.
