The competition for the Digicel Fiji Premier League title is intensifying as Extra Supermarket Rewa secured their position at the top of the standings following a decisive 3-0 victory over Nadroga.
Rewa now holds 34 points, leading Extra Supermarket Labasa in second place with 29 points, while Flick Hygiene Lautoka is in third with 28 points after a 4-2 win against Ba earlier this week.
This weekend features an action-packed triple-header at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori. The matches kick off with Navua facing Tailevu Naitasiri at 11am, followed by Suva going up against Nadroga at 1pm. The highlight of the day will be the match between league leaders Rewa and third-placed Lautoka at 3pm.
Additionally, Extra Supermarket Labasa FC will welcome Nasinu FC on Saturday at Subrail Park in Labasa at 1.30pm, while Rooster Chicken Ba FC will compete against Nadi FC on Sunday at 3pm at the Fiji FA Academy Ground in Ba.
