Fiji heavyweight boxing champion James ‘The Beast’ Singh is set to defend his title against Semi Dauloloma at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka on Saturday, August 31. Singh is confident going into the match, expressing that he has put in the necessary preparation to enter the ring.

Meanwhile, Dauloloma aims to replicate his success from their previous encounter in June, where he defeated Singh in the second round to win the Leweni Waqa Memorial belt. Each boxer has a win against the other, making this upcoming match a decisive one.

Promoter Samir Khan of Bluewater Boxing Promotions is prepared to support the winner in enhancing their world rankings by facilitating potential fights with top international boxers.

The event also features a main bout between local fighter Junior Binnu Singh and Krishnil Mudaliar, who will compete for the WBF Australasian featherweight title. Mudaliar confirmed earlier this week that he has successfully met the 57-kilogram weight limit and plans to maintain this weight until the fight.

In addition to these highlights, veteran Savenaca Naliva will face Sikeli Senidoko in a cruiserweight match, and Ronald Naidu will compete against Rakuro Dauvavana.
