A group of teenagers in casual attire recently engaged in a brawl with students along Mead Road, with the incident captured in a video widely shared on social media. The students involved are thought to be from Nabua Secondary School, and the confrontation led to significant disruptions, causing traffic to come to a halt as the altercation spilled onto the main road.

In response to the chaotic scene, community members, including adults, stepped in to quell the fighting. Following the incident, Commissioner of Police Rusiate Tudravu responded swiftly, directing Senior Superintendent of Police Wate Vocevoce, the Divisional Police Commander for the Southern Division, to take immediate action against all participants in the brawl. Commissioner Tudravu emphasized that such unruly behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
