Teen Taekwondo Star Shines at Paris Olympics!

Lolohea Naitasi from Team Fiji has made history as the youngest Taekwondo competitor at the 2024 Paris Olympics. At just 17 years old, she expressed immense gratitude for the support she received from her team and fellow Oceania competitors during her Olympic debut at the Grande Palais in Paris.

Naitasi mentioned that this was her best fight to date and followed the guidance of her coach, Master Ra, to fully enjoy her performance. She faced tough competition against Julyana Alsadeq from Jordan, who is currently ranked fifth in the world.

Having already achieved the milestone of being one of the first Fijians to qualify for Taekwondo at the Olympics, Naitasi is now focused on her future goals, eyeing the LA 2028 Olympic Games.
