Tavua achieved a commanding 6-0 victory over Northland Tailevu in the Digicel Senior League yesterday, keeping their hopes alive for a return to the Premier Division next season.
Strikers Ratu Sairusi Nalewadonu and Waisea Duwai each scored two goals, while Captain Malakai Tiwa and Manasa Nawakula also contributed to the score.
The Gold Miners, under the leadership of Dr. Diva Singh, remain undefeated this season and have scored over 30 goals in their eight victories.
