Shaneel Prakash, the proprietor of Arisha’s Indian Cuisine, is advocating for support of small businesses during the Hibiscus Carnival while also emphasizing the festival’s enjoyment.

Having participated in various events across Viti Levu for the past three years, he acknowledges the crucial support from his wife in recouping the $2,000 stall fee by Tuesday.

Prakash’s menu features a range of offerings, including Indian dishes, BBQ, subs, and hotdogs, with Indian cuisine notably popular this year. He is contemplating an expansion of the menu for future carnivals.

Favorable weather conditions have contributed to increased sales, bringing in a significant number of customers.
