Shaneel Prakash, the proprietor of Arisha’s Indian Cuisine, advocates for small business support during the Hibiscus Carnival while emphasizing the festival’s enjoyment.

Having set up stalls at various events across Viti Levu for the past three years, he is grateful for his wife’s assistance in recovering the $2,000 stall fee by Tuesday.

Prakash serves a variety of foods including Indian dishes, BBQ, subs, and hotdogs, with Indian cuisine being especially favored this year.

He is contemplating expanding the menu for future carnivals.

The favorable weather has also boosted sales, drawing in a significant number of customers.
