Tailevu Naitasiri Faces Relegation: What Went Wrong?

Tailevu Naitasiri has been demoted to the Senior Division after ending up last in the Digicel Fiji Premier League. The team, known as the Sky Blues, finished with only 12 points and required a victory against Lautoka in their final match to avoid relegation. However, a 2-1 defeat meant they could not escape the drop, while bottom-placed Nasinu secured a 3-1 win over Nadroga, allowing them to avoid relegation and finish the season in ninth place with 15 points. As a result, Tailevu Naitasiri will be replaced by Tavua in the Premier Division.
