Police are appealing to the community for assistance in identifying a man who was reportedly assaulted outside a nightclub in Suva early this morning. The victim, an iTaukei male believed to be in his early 30s, is currently in critical condition at the Colonial War Memorial Hospital.
At the time of the incident, the victim did not have any identification on him, prompting authorities to release photographs of his tattoos in hopes of someone recognizing him and helping to confirm his identity.
Investigators have informed the public that two suspects are already in custody as they continue to gather evidence and details surrounding the case.
