Suva FC Rides Winning Wave Towards Nasinu Showdown

FLICK Hygiene Suva FC showcased a strong return to form with a commanding 5-0 win over Tailevu Naitasiri in round 13 of the Digicel Fiji Premier League.

Team president Nitin Singh expressed his satisfaction with the team’s recovery and feels they are regaining their competitive edge.

“Preparations are going well for the upcoming match against Nasinu, with the team fit and eager to build on their winning streak,” Singh stated. He remains optimistic that the team will maintain its momentum and secure another victory against Nasinu.

“Suva is finally getting back on track after a slow start to the season. It’s a good time for the team as they have started winning, and our strikers are finally scoring goals,” added Singh.

He anticipates a competitive match ahead, recognizing the challenges posed by Nasinu but expressing confidence in his players’ abilities.

Singh has called on supporters to come out and back the team as they aim to close the season strong. He eagerly looks forward to the match against Nasinu this weekend at the Uprising Sports Centre.

Additionally, there are other exciting matches lined up in the Digicel Premier League this weekend. Extra Rewa FC is set to face Flowserve Engineering & Pump Supplies Navua FC, Rooster Chicken Ba FC will compete against Nadroga, and Nadi will square off against Lautoka. Extra Labasa will also host Tailevu Naitasiri at Subrail Park on Saturday.
