Suva showcased their dominance in the Vodafone Kaji Rugby Championship, which concluded yesterday at the HFC Bank Stadium. The Capital City team triumphed in both the Boys’ U13 and U14 categories, securing the championship title with impressive performances.
In the U13 division, Suva delivered a solid 15-0 victory against Ovalau, while the U14 team outperformed Ra with a score of 14-0, further establishing their strength in the competition.
On the girls’ side, teams from Vanua Levu excelled, claiming the titles in both age brackets. Cakaudrove celebrated a convincing 12-0 win over Taveuni to take the U14 Kajiana girls title, whereas Taveuni seized the U13 title.
The three-day championship featured a spirited competition among 17 districts, setting the stage for showcasing young rugby talents across the region.
