Two men, aged 29 and 27, have been charged and appeared in court regarding a serious robbery incident in Tamavua that took place last month. According to police reports, on October 30, the pair allegedly broke into the home of a 46-year-old man, stealing cash, a mobile phone, and other items before escaping.
The suspects were apprehended last week and subsequently charged with aggravated robbery. On November 4, 2024, they made their court appearance at the Suva Magistrates Court and have since been remanded in custody. The case is scheduled for further mention on November 18.
