A 24-year-old man is currently in detention at the Totogo Police Station in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 25-year-old man in Suva city on Saturday night. The incident reportedly occurred during a confrontation, where the two individuals exchanged heated words before the suspect allegedly stabbed the victim. The victim was quickly taken to the Colonial War Memorial Hospital, where he was admitted but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. A post-mortem examination is set to take place today.
