Susan Kiran Steps Up as New Permanent Secretary for Information

Susan Kiran has been appointed as the new permanent secretary for Information, according to a statement from the Government. The Public Service Commission, with the consent of Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka, made the announcement. Luke Rokovada, chairperson of the PSC, noted that this new role will be in addition to Kiran’s current responsibilities as secretary to Cabinet, with her appointment taking effect from September 2.
