Nadi turned a first-half deficit into a resounding 4-1 victory over Nasinu in Round 11 of the DFPL at Fiji FA Vatuwaqa ground.
Nasinu initially took the lead with Sahil Kumar opening the scoring. Kumar’s spectacular strike from 18 yards out on a side angle gave Nasinu a 1-0 advantage heading into halftime.
However, the second half saw a strong performance by Nadi, who responded with four unanswered goals. Afraz Ali led the comeback, netting two goals, while Junior Rocky and Siotama Kubu each added one, completing the turnaround for Nadi.
