Support Small, Savor Big: Arisha’s Success at Hibiscus Carnival!

Shaneel Prakash, the owner of Arisha’s Indian Cuisine, is advocating for support for small businesses during the Hibiscus Carnival while also sharing the joy of the festival.

Prakash, who has been running stalls at various events on Viti Levu for the past three years, credits his wife for helping them recover the $2,000 stall fee ahead of the deadline.

His menu features a variety of offerings, including Indian dishes, BBQ, subs, and hotdogs, with Indian cuisine proving particularly popular this year.

Looking ahead, Prakash is contemplating an expanded menu for future carnivals.

Favorable weather conditions have contributed to boosted sales, resulting in a steady stream of customers.
